Open Position: Customer Service Rockstar

We’re looking for a talented and versatile multi-tasker with a superpower memory who loves working with people to join our team! Having a sales and marketing background is strongly preferred. Having an art background is a plus.
Are you our next Customer Service Rockstar? The next team member to join us will have:
-Superb organization skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent computer skills
-A demonstrated ability to learn new software programs quickly
-A GREAT ATTITUDE
-Awesome attention to detail, highly accurate
-Sound judgement, ability to think on your feet
-An eagerness to help customers and team members
-Knowledge of social media marketing
-Ability to work autonomously and hold yourself accountable
-At least 1 year experience entering orders/data entry
-At least 3 years experience in a customer service role
What your daily routine is like in our fast-paced yet relaxed open office environment:
– Communicate with our customers in person, over the phone, and through email to give them the best custom garment experience possible.
– Communicate with our artists and production team to make sure orders are fulfilled smoothly and promptly.
– Research products for customers, provide quotes, build custom online stores, enter orders, take payments.
Fun work opportunities:
We do live screen printing at select events throughout the year, like Pig Daze, Allerton Holiday Showcase, Maker Fest, etc. so you’ll have the opportunity to work some fun events in our community too!
The practical details:
40 hours a week M-F from 9:00 – 5:30 with occasional Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Flexible lunch hour. A few weekend events throughout the year, hours vary.
$12/hour, health insurance, and earned time off (25 days/year)
Must have a driver’s license to make occasional deliveries.
Physical considerations: You must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (boxes of t-shirts).
